So is this game fully playable now? Like the issues with raunchy being blocked and preventing u playing are fixed or still waiting?

Raunchy not working have been patched in the month after the initial (official EN) release.

there a full cg unlock floating aroudn the thread, but no real cheat.
save editors of cheatengine may work to cheat money or amount of semen (even default stats), but considering the kind of game, usually grinding semen to boost your stats or simply grinding level are enough to roll on all the game content.

without any detail about the crash we can't really help.
Just some random stuff throwed at you :
* add exception to your AV in case of
* shorten the path name (try moving the game folder to the dektop)
* remove any non local character and all syntax from the game path name
* try in forced admin mode
* try compatibility mode with an older version of window since the game is old (like XP)
* Try using JP unicode setting (change it in the regional setting or use emulating tool like NTLEA or Local Emulator)
