I would say no. There are quite a few scenes with them, but their execution is very mediocre and there is no any build-up for them. The whole thing is based on creating a drug to mess with people's heads, so there is no romance or deeper relationships here with them either.
For the incest part, it'd worth playing years ago. Actually it should have stopped there because now it's just dragging for nothing. I recommend play until you corrupt the family, then forget about it until it's finished, or for good.

Usually if a game is coded in HTML it uses real porn, that's what I mean when I say genre

Do you have games with the MC living alone with the mom already played a bunch of them but it seems im not finding anything else.
I joined their Fanbox to get the video and was greatly disappointed it was censored. So here is the censored version which honestly should be free. They want more for the uncensored version on a different site which I didn't know until after I paid sadly atleast others can see it before they support them.
