Just a quick note, F/U doesn't make sense, that would be just B/B. S/F/U does make sense because its from the perspective of S but just F/U doesn't.

pretty sure the real mom dies from cancer in the begining, dunno about the sister though but given that the dev kills the mom for patreon sake i wouldn't count on any true incest
