I get it. You're right. In this case, the relationship is better defined as fostering. Sorry for the confusion. I just don't usually like the use of foster as being incest.

So serjlimonoff , why not we add another section list in OP for a game that feel like Incest ?

But whereas some games scream to add/create incest patch for them, other games just don't have any sense if you will try describe their characters as family. I'm just trying to not overuse the Foster tag. If i see that characters in a game behave as family, they uncomfortable about sexual topics with each other, in other words if i see taboo vibes, then i will try as much as i can to add such game to the list.
Once again, i'm ready to add any game that has taboo theme in it. Tags will guide you, in case you don't like not-blood related taboo content, i hope.
I myself prefer pure taboo scenes too, but... sometimes it seems you've played everything that could be of you interests, and there is nothing else except step/foster/adopted genres. But sometimes these games are SO HOT, that i don't want any incest fan to pass it by. Hence the games in the list with absolutely no incest content, yes, but at the moment of intercourse scene not characters nor player know that!
So i don't want to confuse people even more with new tags. But i'm open to suggestions how to make the list easier to navigate and undestand anyway)

What I mean is like this. Hope it's can avoid confusion, especially with newbies of this thread.
You create 2 new spoiler list and put it on the bottom. Newbie usually don't touch anythings in the bottom.
I suggest the title willl be Mimic Games. It's like incest, but it's not.
Because we won't just add any random games. Like you said, it has to behave like they were family, uncomfortable talking about sex. And most importantly, lived in the same house. That's why Foster games can be add to this section.
The tags will be different and not to be included within the Tags description. As you see in the picture.
The tags won't have tags like true, half, step. I'm thinking like this.
MILF/BOY = Content about Adult woman with young man ... this is a mimic of M/S
DILF/GIRL = Content about Adult man with young woman ... mimic of F/D
GMILF/BOY = Content about Elder woman with young man ... mimic of GM/GS
GDILF/GIRL = Content about Elder man with young woman ... mimic of GF/GD
MAN/MAN = Content about Adult Gay ... mimic of B/B
WOMAN/WOMAN = Content about Adult Gay ... mimic of S/S
GIRL/GIRL = Content about young Lesbian ... mimic of S/S, but younger couple
BOY/BOY = Content about young Gay ... mimic of B/B, but younger couple
That''s my suggestion so far, feel free to add, comment or change. Not just Serj, but everyone.
Also, the reason I recommended this, we are halfway to complete the list, but these half are very challenging. It's shitty, abandoned+onhold or very outdated graphic games. Also more than half of the not-reported-games are old Japanese hentai with broken translation.

Suggestion: Start the poll over, but add sister/sister and mother/daughter. Whenever a game has this they always get a ton of love from fans of that genre even if the game has other problems (example: Light of My Life), so I'm curious to see how big that group really is. (Don't just edit the poll, you'll get bogus data. Note the current results for !!science!! and then start a new one.)

Triple Ex should be updated with the F/D tag. Actually, this should've been tagged as such as of version 0.15 (the release before yesterday's release, as I'm writing this post), which is when the story included their first time, if you played the story right.
