The Lust City has the incest tag and you can choose the relationship in the game. I played the demo and I believe B/S and U/N fit better, but not perfectly. As soon as I play the new update I will report back here.

My Happy Family is hardcore NTR game... but probs very sloppy seconds for the MC with his mom and sisters.
But I don't think incest is the focus of the game... the incest tag is just there to bait people.

i checked the game its still small
now there is just 1 scenes (the mc cum on his sister face while she sleeping so that should be a white tag True b/s and the other scenes is just peeking on his second sister while she jerk off)

Looks Like B/S atm I think there's M/S on the way at some distant future point but seems to update at a snails pace and the Incest is not really the point
