Yeah which is a shame, only interested in Futa when it's a story from their perspective.

Probably for the same reason most people don't like to share. Another dick is just competition. When the dick is the MC, that's just the character you're incarnating/roleplaying as. Especially if the MC is male and there's another futa character.
If the MC is a futa and there are other futas, it's not really "competition" then. You're just getting the best of both worlds.

Not that interesting but I don't like male on futa content and don't like NTR or sharing games/VNs so if the protag is male then I don't care for it.
If the protag is female idm it though.
You didn't mention that there are probably tons of patches already

Next page has a "better" patch apparently. They rewrite a small portion of the game so the incest actually fits.
Regarding Grandma's House:
it looks like all of the lesbian scenes between Katie (daughter) and Elisabeth (daughter) have been removed (e.g. Kat licking Liz, etc..) - so no more true M/D

No clue where he got that from. Those scenes are still in the game, but you only see them if you enable the cat/liz bisexual route.
