Sounds great an all but after checking the VN page you lost me at sandbox, good luck.

All good. Having played hundreds of adult VN's myself I kinda thought sandbox was the norm when I started on this game, lol.
I did however try to make the world vibrant by not having many empty locations, characters that change dialogue depending on what point you are in the game, soon 400 events scattered over 100 days, a lot of extra optional stuff, and a journal that helps you when you're stuck.

To many games with them funny looking big eyed cartoon characters. I don't see how anyone can get off on them?

I get what you mean as anime-style characters are not for everyone. Overall I do think cartoon/anime stuff is quite popular and will continue to grow over the coming years because of the newer generations growing up with that stuff.

I'm very sorry, you are right. I didn't notice there had to be actual penetration for the tag to be added.
Currently, there's only oral stuff and handjobs with the mom. The coming version that will release soon-ish will have at least 10 scenes added for the mother as she's by far the most voted character by the subscribers but those scenes might stray away from the norm a bit so I'm not sure if you guys would be interested in those.

Well that's weird, cos I played the game last night and didn't see any penetration and I was using the mod too. I even went through all the scenes after to see if I missed anything.

I haven't played the game yet, but I would say no because the game doesn't have the vaginal sex tag. It depends on your definition of sex scene though.

There's sex with the cousin and the aunt, but without penetration. I reported the A/NP wrong. Anyway, I just checked the game to make sure, and there is no penetration with any relatives.

Nowhere because such patch does not exist.
So to be honest I'm surprised this game is even on the list here because there is really no incest in it.
MC is really living in this game with his mother friend and changing that to a real incest would require changing a whole lot of dialogue to make sense and since as far as I know the coding in the game isn't even in English and variables aren't defined in a simple way so that it would be enough to change them with a simple patch to the incest version of the game so far no one has even tried to make a real incest patch for this game.
