This may be an issue unique to me, but every time I create a character everything appears fine, until it shows up at the front door and its skin is a variety of red/orange altough I didn't select it like that in the editor. Anyone got any idea what's up with that? (My first post on the site btw, please tell me if I did something wrong)

Well, I had an almost similar thing, 'in game' it was all fine but when a reloaded a previously made char her skin was also red/orange. It seems that the skin tone/saturation slider went all out to max setting but I certainly did not save it like that.
when I corrected this and re-saved everything was fine.
I am guessing that something went wrong with the save process but in your case I do not know.
And on another topic, why are there like 10 settings for nail colour/length/texture roughness/opacity/taste whatever but no option to edit pubic hair? what kind of perfect woman simulator is this?

V0.5 runs fine on my RTX 3060, getting ~65 FPS without and ~110 FPS with DLSS enabled on super performance
In general, the 6800XT should be way faster but I do not think it has DLSS? (does not exist on AMD cards?)
I did notice some screen tearing, might have to test with V-sync enabled, maybe that helps?

Nah, it's just really bad stuttering. Running at 60fps with vsync and high/ultra settings with 85% FSR. Maybe it would stop if I lowered my settings but I didn't care to. The update didn't have anything in it that would be worth the trouble.

Beta Tester Patron release 0.7.0 - Multiple girls in the outside scene, new outfit, new anal sex animation, and more!
Hi everyone,
This update makes it so that there are multiple (8) girls to interact with in the open-world test map. To make this possible we did a significant update to our level of detail system, making characters low poly when far away. This can currently cause some clipping when on medium or low geometry detail, if you experience any clipping please increase it to high or ultra if you can.
All major changes:
-Multiple girls in the world
-New outfit, mini skirt and one shoulder free top
-New anal sex animation, pile driver
-Option to rotate characters in sex scenes for outside sex
-Hairstyles for male characters
-Beards for male characters
-Fixed a bug where eyebrow width did not save properly
-Updated translation for many languages thanks to the help of the community
-Many minor fixes
We are also making good progress on our VR version, which we will hopefully be able to release soon.

I find the excuse of protecting their IP as sad and pathetic thing. It is called Money. Only reason to want to put protections, drm, is try to force, and get as much Milk Money as they fing can. Simple as That, No Thought out explainations, no reasonable thought filled examples. Simplest reason is Greed. DRM is the tool of the greedy. Protecting IP my ass. That is like someone saying someone invented FIRE, no one else on earth can use fire unless I say so. BOOM how stupid is that? I am more than sure there will be a million reasons, excuses and other sough nonsense on how I GOTTA PROTECT MY IDEA. -_- dumbest thing ever.
It is an Idea, everyone has them, everyone takes that idea, and makes it better. ;/ It is how things used to get done, before greed just took such a hold. -_-
If IP worries you so much that you might miss out on 1 or 2 Actually USA BONIFIDE DOLLARS. and too greedy to not worry. TRY DENUVEO. theyll make sure you get paid all them dollars, so you can then turn them over to them >:]

That preview picture where the fully rendered guy turns blue is kinda hilarious to me. It's moments like this where porn game design tropes make me suspect that maybe there's a bit of a secret Blue Man Group fetish going on.
