Surprisingly really good thus far, all the characters are fairly unique from eachother and decently believably.
Also it's been quite a while since I've seen a futa character being an actual LI instead of just some sort of one-time side thing, so that's also a plus in my book.

Genuinely looking forward to more updates.

Jabbonk It would look cooler if you add the names for the chapters, in addition to just the number, just a small detail, like chapter 1 "A new family" or something like that, It's not that important, but it's a game in a fantasy world, and I think it would really fit here, and there would be more significance in this than just chapter 1,2,3

Finally called out for it. You're absolutely right, and I am planning to add chapter titles. Hopefully over the next few releases I'll have a slightly more concrete layout of the whole project. Then it will be easier for me to plan out the titles.

Chapter 2's social studies lessons could be streamlined a bit to reduce the repetitive clicking... and an illustration of each race would seem appropriate for such a lesson... just a couple thoughts. Looking good overall.

I want to thread the lore throughout the story more naturally as it progresses, so that the lore dump wont even be necessary. And maybe giving those that read the lore early on some unique dialogue to keep things interesting. Also, Illustrations for each race is a good idea, I'll be adding that on my to-do list! Thanks!

I wasn't going to call you out on it as to me, it's not necessary. In general, chapter titles just get in the way. I see the allure to it, and how some would like it, but, for me, not my thing.

@Jabbonk I just played this game even though I'm female. I just play for story really. Someday I might create a visual novel of my own someday. I like to play these type of games to spark my ideas for story telling.

However, I want to give some constructive feedback...Don't worry it's not bad.

I think you should change the scenery here. You literally have electrical lights, sinks with plumbing, and a step-foot trashcan; really modern age for this scene. Shouldn't it be the medieval times setting here? It shouldn't be that hard to just render one scene here.

I agree entirely! It's on my to-do list for the next update. Thanks for checking out the game! :)

This one render is what you trip over? Not that you are wrong but I would imagine the 5 year old and his wilderness survival would be more of "unrealistic" story telling still struggling at 15 as well. No apparent shelter, foraging, hunting, fishing but he was "taught how to survive off the land" at age 5. ( yet has no shelter or crops growing )

Even with the occasional kindness from villagers and sometimes waking up with Lembush bread next to him....

The unlikeliness off it all wouldn't bother me as much if there wasn't so much emphasis on it throughout the story though..

Other than that great game, intriguing so far and looking forward for more

Maybe in today's day and age, where kids aren't raised properly anymore. They're lazy and soft. The game even starts out where the MC is learning how to survive from the land. So, stop judging a game by today's shitty standards.

Yes, working the land and hauling buckets of water for the crops that are growing there. While in the company of 2 older brothers and a father a house clothing and warmth, is of course the same thing as surviving in the wilderness while all that shelter is burned down.

Starving or freezing to death would be the most likely outcome throughout the ages, that's not even mentioning wildlife or accidents. If you sincerely think otherwise you are the one that's soft and cuddled and have an unrealistic notion about "wilderness" or just greatly overestimate what a kid at that age can do.

He also learned to fish with his brothers. Not to mention there are real stories of children surviving like that. Although, most stay too long and can never really take to civilization.

I'm 55 and I wouldn't even want to try to survive like that. But, it's possible.

We all have little things that grind our gears, for me it's whenever I see a movie or tv show that portrays Hercules as the son of Zeus. Hercules is the son of Jupiter, Heracles is the son of Zeus

But there are also mythological creatures ingame, the hobbits too (tolk) and magic. so cant really call out high heels when its fantasy, especially since magic is involeved can make a case that the heel are enchanted or that the bone density is not comparable to rl so ankles are a lot stronger. Dont mean to call you out but rl logic doesn't belong anywhere near magic and mythology its fantasy and anything goes, that's the best part
Ok when the witch says she will come for her and her little dog too, she can put on the ruby red slippers and click her heels to take us away to Kansas. Just because something can be a fantasy, you don't need everything bent just because people cannot imagine life in those days as part of the story. Sure, there is majik, sorcery, monsters, fire breathing wazits. But would you fight in high heels swinging a several pound sword? Extensive experience in table top and later early computer, then further gaming .... For instance the debate on silver vs iron when fighting demons or devils (chaos or law), I solved these issues by silver plating swords, so I could get the best of both worlds. Elemental damage, cold vs heat or electricity.... how to keep from electrocuting yourself in a fight, armored vs grounding.... I am a retired electronics engineer. While working with the KISS principal, you still have to work through complex mil-specs, university nanite level or microscopic level in vein optics to place stints.... all I am saying, is give peace a chance.... oooh lost focus, no having fun, but keeping it realistic in my fantasy land inter dimensional psionic powered and all. The hitch hikers guide to the galaxy sort of towel in hand.

What I wonder is why no one emphasis Hera, heracles... Oh because Zeus was naughty and getting some side kittens. Did he get named in honor of the mother that constantly caused him trouble. Was he the red headed step child. Inquiring minds want to know (this is satire and a parody), just having fun laughing along with you not at you for your concerns.

Heracles means Glory of Hera so yeah, pretty much ;)

It's on my mind because we just did a bad movie night and watched Hercules in New York which, amoung many other cinematic sins, kept mixing the Greek and Roman pantheons

That's enough O/T from me

because it was not his real family, then the queen adopt mc again, seems the real mother at the end of the part of game
I think they must have had some court case where step siblings was ok and exempted it from indecency in public access some time in the past. If you search its a common theme in porn, and if you try to get to the genuine naughty bits, its being actively screened by the nanny state browsers these days. An unfortunate turn of events. Playing with country of origin in some search engines can get you by some content screens, but you may find searching as if you were in CHINA allows most any porn content without all the hassle. I don't need a big brother or nanny state to tell me what I am allowed to see or do. But I may have to spank them on occasion for sticking their nose to sniff the nether areas without permission.

Great game and thanks for making the futa/trans tag optional in a way that does not allow people who dislike it (such as me) to miss any content. I know it is probably a ton of extra work to do this so thanks for putting in the extra effort!

Good luck with your game and I look forward to see where this goes with the next couple of updates.
