if you want to 'vanillafy', the 'mods' folder is what wasn't part of vanilla, that was my only point. It isn't like HS where things are strewn throughout abdata. If there is a mod you don't want, you will find it there.
Call a girl to the lobby, there is an option for a second girl there. You are the only guy in the entire facility.

No to all questions, that would require sound files, which modders don't seem to want to mess with.
And anything you didn't add yourself is suggested not to be touched or you could mess up the entire setup. This isn't just the base game anymore.
If they are RAR/ZIP, extract them with 7zip by telling it to extract the lowest numbered one. In this case, a file with no number is the lowest.
To remove the subtitles, turn of the subtitles mod in the plugin settings. That said, I'm not sure why anyone would unless they can translate Japanese by ear.

You would have to be Japanese, it is not for international sale at this time. For the parts, extract them with 7zip, then just run game.exe to play, no installation or moving files necessary.
If you really want to support Illusion, there is a site referenced on the Illusion discord that'll sell it to people outside Japan. But from what they've said, it's still difficult to buy due to the accepted payment methods. I don't read Japanese and don't even know if this is the current version, but here's the site - use your own discretion:
Ordinarily I'd say start by running the updater but some of your missing mods are pretty old, what version of the game are you running? sjjpl.Female mods are all free (sometimes missing mods are paid mods), and the latest sjjpl.Female mod is sjjpl.Female60. So you can try running the updater, but I suspect you'd be better off grabbing the latest BetterRepack.
The problem comes with the part about supporting Illusion, can that be confirmed as giving money to the developer or is it entirely possible that this site is keeping all the money, as illegal as that would be even compared to free distribution like Better Repack? They CAN buy the game there, but that may or may not support the developers.
I realize that, but the only real way it supports the developer is for the developer to be the seller. That said, after I said what I did, I noticed it does mention illusion as the seller, so it checks out. There is still the occasional foreign card issue to contend with, though.
