Anyone know how to get rid of these pinkish purple streaks on Koharu's hair? They only show up with fair hair colors but I've tried everything I could figure, changed every slider in Material Editor, tried switching out shaders and textures, hiding certain parts, nothing seems to make those colored streaks go away.

did you try unchecking Auto Setroot and tip colors

You can but they are some finnicky stuff to consider like faces are only overlay afaik, and no underlays via Material Editor Maintex

Thanks for the suggestion, I have tried this but with no change. It seems that entire section of hair on both sides of the head is stuck that way and can only be edited as one color. I exported the texture and even that has the pink streaks, is there a way to remove them from the texture that doesn't require deep technical knowledge?

- Export the tga/dds of the hair texture with sb3ugui
- Open the texture in photshop
- Filter black and white
- Save again in tga 32bit (which retain the alpha ch) or dds (if u know the settings)
- Put back the edited texture through sb3ugui with the replace button

Is there a way to do this without photoshop? I don't have it. I've tried every free black and white filter I can find but none of them preserve the transparency along the edge of the hair.

Whew I got it done with paint.net, now I see why you said to convert it to tga, that preserves the transparency when black and white is applied. Thanks a lot for the help.

For anyone who wants light hair on Koharu without the pink streaks here is the texture. Lead it through Material Editor, find the last batch of textures near the bottom and change MainTex to this .png.
