Unity Completed Honey Select 2 [DX R16] [Illusion]

Hi everyone,


I recently upgraded from an RTX 3090 to an RTX 5090, but surprisingly, Honey Select 2 Studio is performing worse on the RTX 5090. I'm getting lower FPS when playing MMD motions compared to my experience with the RTX 3090.


Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Also, how does Honey Select 2 Studio perform on the AMD 9070XT?

How would one go about removing the Hanmen shaders? The have ruined the look of my game and made everyone gray looking, even after using material editor to change shaders. I was careful to back up everything that was overridden by Hanmen and restored it all, but the lighting is still wrong. Is there a cure or is my game forever infected?

Run InitSetting.exe
Untick "Enable GraphicsMod"

Done.

It is a toggle, it doesnt replace the shaders the game come with ... you simply turn then on or off., hell you can run DHH instead if you prefer and come back to NexGen shaders if you want to.

They need SSS to work so it's either GraphicsMod or a modified DHH with SSS. They just need to save the character card again after the changes and reload it with the new shaders that aren't nextgen.

Mention about "automatically", there is a new plugins that Hanmen made, it's called Next-Gen Shader Helper.
Basically this plugin make all shader in your folder "automatically" using NGS, IF you enable the Swab Mode in plugin settings.
And Yes you can edit which character you want to use, but it's a hassle.
mostly people will accidentally will use Next-Gen Shader Helper mod, because it was included inside Next-Gen Eye 2.5 folder.
That is why in my previous post with Sylphyy:
if you use Next-Gen Shader Helper you need to set the plugin setting like this, to prevent unwanted issues.

I myself only use Next-Gen Shader Helper only so that i can use Next-Gen Eyes 2.5.
Because without using Next-Gen Shader Helper, you will get black eye when using Next-Gen Eyes 2.5.
Or if you want to be sure, disable Next-Gen Shader Helper & Next-Gen Eyes 2.5 from KK manager,
or deleted Next-Gen Shader Helper from your folder, it will remove the "automatically NGS" effect from your game.
Delete also Next-Gen Eyes 2.5 or use previous version of Next-Gen Eyes.

KKmanager download speed is literally a snail now. 10G requires 2 days to download lmao

I'm having some problems here, idk if KKManager downloaded some bugs or not, but the game today feels totally different. The status bar (control clothes, accessories, etc) and the color bar disappear, and when they appear, their function don't work well (clothes option broke), and the chara load plugins reset the position every time I load the game. The graphic mods also don't load the presets automatically. Here are videos that kinda demonstrate my problems.

My game is crashing when i enter character creator or load into a map. Did anyone had similiar issue? Im on win11 and i tried multiple versions of the game and bepinex but it works fine when i delete "winhttp.dll".

For anyone that have the same problems as me, I fixed them by reinstalling the R16 update. You need to add some plugins and adjust some settings again, but it's better than re-downloading the whole game.

I have a small issue. I made a few characters using a specific miko outfit on them, one of them was made for a small private project I was working on which I abandoned and now I felt like working on it again, but now I see that those characters have been stripped of it after not playing the game and update some mods.
The game doesn't even show me any warning about a missing mod, so I'm wondering what happened to it. At this point I have so many outfit mods that I can't even tell who it was from.
If possible, I can upload my chara card here and, if possible, someone could please check it and see if they have it or help me search for it. Thanks in advance.

What I do is put the shadow range in the iris settings to 100 and in the material editor while selecting the next gen eyes I change the Test Albedo setting to something like 1.2, though that varies based on your post-processing or preset you use in your game.
