There are some cheats, in the plugin settings you can change how fast the bars fills. Not that you need it really, since you can unlock a "finish" button in game.
No pregnancy whatsoever though, not gonna happen.
Which Illusion game is the best?
Depends what you're in for. As far as I know Koikatsu is still unrivaled when it comes to character creation thanks to the gazillion of mods, that allow near perfect recreation of all your anime waifus. The game itself is a basic but serviceable harem simulator with the bare minimum of gameplay/story. Koikatsu Sunshine is a successor with a change of scenery (resort island instead of school) and good quality of life improvements, but weirdly less content so the original KK is generally considered better.
Lots of people seem to like Artificial Academy 2, which apparently has a lot more character interactions but it's old and doesn't look nearly as good. Also rather hard to find a working version nowadays.
SVS (released recently) is kind of a successor to AA2, using Honey Come's graphics and character creator. Still fairly limited but fun to mess around with.
Honey Select/Come have virtually no gameplay, just create characters and do H, with the only "progression" being a few achievements to unlock stuff.
