I feel like the issue is the boob depth, I know they are supposed to look big but they are wayy too long instead of big. And because of the vertical position of the breasts, they look quite strange, and also because of the relatively skinny proportions of the girls, they end up looking like granny tits so idk how to help your case man

That buzz cut (kind of) is really strange but you can make easily more appealing characters by using accessories (There are a bunch of hair accessories that aren't normally in the hair list but you have to position them to fit the characters head and such)

You can also mod in your own items but it requires some Unity skill and requires a specific version (5.6.2) but it is SUPER fun and I enjoy it very much, you can also mod in custom maps so you can make your renders MUCH more unique than other games

Of course, dickusgames I don't recommend you try this because you will need some actual 3D modelling knowledge and some Unity knowledge and it's obvious you're a new dev trying to step foot into the dumpster fire that we call "the porn game industry".

A lot of newcomer devs think they have what it takes to make a good porn game and think their game can become the next Being a Dik or the next Eternum. And especially with the accessibility of software to do this (Ren'Py, DAZ, or Illusion's games) we end up with a lot of crappy shit. Which is not good. It takes a lot of personpower to make an actually good game, but making a generic game is very easy. Heck, you could make a porn game in a single day.

I think I've ranted a bit too far but Koikatsu is NOT limited by far when it comes to character creation, hell there are plugins like ABMX that let you customize bone sliders, and you can also use KKPE to change certain blendshapes and polish your poses in Studio. However the lighting engine is super sucky so you either make some massive overhaul plugin with C# or work with what you got.

Right, but those are external factors or modifications, without those the engine is very limited.
