Actually it depends on what you choose. With new update , there are many content which you can be the MAN. ( I mean more dominant )

I hate to be always the one to ask but is not going to have ntr content right?
Another doubt I have is - the mc dom or sub will be 2 separated routes or how are you going to make it because it won't make any sense to be dom and then be a sub in next scene. Also will being sub be forced or optional?

It is completely optional being dom or sub. It is depends on your choice.
I'm not sure about ntr content. People are acting like they hate it... so idk

My 2 cents is to never add it since those like me will never support games with that even if they are avoidable, few games with it get popular too as you can see by the most popular games, but in the end is something you will have to think and give a clear answer because people hate "surprise" content even more.
In any case, will give this a go, best of luck with the game.
