Yes , when she is cleaning the living room if you choose " Sit next to her " after that, there is a choice like " It's dusty here can you come here ? " ( I don't remember perfect ) if you choose it , then the event will begin

You need items to gift someone so it is no big deal if they disappear after load. Buy items when you want to gift someone. Check graveyard - road for the ritual event. ( You can also check walkthrough if you can't find )
