Last update on Patreon was on February of 2022, are you suggesting that in 2 years and a half the dev had no time to download there a new update?

And are you sure that in the discord whoever talks about the supposed update is a fixer and not an imposter?
I've play the game recently and there's some errors with the letters not displaying correctly and some odd game code showing up in the dialogue window.
While trying to fix these errors I saw some of the names are not coded (Scarlett should be [scar.name]) so that the game would display whatever you decide to name the characters.
For example: If you don't like the name "Scarlett" you can rename her to "Charlotte" and the game will display "Charlotte" when it see [scar.name] name code.
I've also fixed the "Hgname" error you get if you go in Jessica's room at night and get a hand job from her.

fixers I've added "#Fixed" to the end of each change I made to your game scripts, so you can open the file in notepad and search for #Fixed to find and inspect the changes to see if it's correct and make changes.

Unzip Hot Dawn [v0.08] [Fixes].rar and copy the "game" folder to "Hot Dawn-v0.08" folder and replace the files when asked. All the files are in the correct folder already.
Pictures of the fixes (Red circle is the error, Green circle is the fix):
THIS FIX IS FOR V0.08 ONLY
Do not try and use the fix with a newer version of the game!

Yeah, but that doesn't mean the current version should stay buggy.Game is sadly dead. There prob won't be any new updates
I've fixed what I consider bugs and I provided it here for others to use if they so choose.

It is from the same creator. He's been "putting the finishing touches on the first version" for about a year now. I honestly don't expect him to release anything. The game (based on the demo movie he put out) looks like Baby's First Unreal Engine game: awful lighting, stock animations, etc. The Ren'py renders weren't the best but there was a certain charm to it.
It's completely different textures so lesser quality textures for more position features. I've seen the trailer and browsed the discord I doubt there will be an android version at all and I'm sure you'll have to have a decent PC build to play it because the engine looks pretty heavy. I personally think he shot himself in the foot with this new version.
