Hey sorry for the late reply I'm active on discord but i don't check here very often. It's not just a similarity the page and the game are mine and its completly related to this game and its lore. You can think of it as a remake of the same game ( Unreal Engine Version )

For the others as well i want to clarify. I've been working on a full remake of Hot Dawn in Unreal Engine for quite a while. I'm not working on updates for the renpy version of Hot Dawn. The reason it's taking so long is extacly this

Well, unreal engine? Then the game is dead. Unreal engine play is crap. Character moves are shit. The control system is fubar. Replacing renpy with unreal is stupid and a waste of years of effort. You just pissed on your own game.

I don't agree th games we can play in renpy are very limited but on the unreal engine side the options are much richer but of course this varies from person to person everyone has different tastes in games so i respect your opinion but don't worry like i said i will update the renpy version as well i've only just finished this side

I really miss this game it was jus starting to get interesting with finally submitting on my knees with lillith, and then poof ya dissapeared . Now ya have come back and remade it with unreal engine.

There is something I'm curious about. As someone who likes the renpy version of Hot Dawn , if an Unreal Engine version were made as visual novel with the same level of graphic quality would you enjoy playing it then?

possibly, i just dont like the engine with moving keys and shit lol it annoys me but in renpy all i got to press is enter for dialogue and move the mouse abit from the sandbox part lol. also im austistic and hate change

I play for the sandbox but others prefer VN.

At the end of the day it's your game just make whatever you want as you can't please everybody!

Yes you are right. But as far as I understand people who paly visual novel or sandbox games don't really care much about render quality. So it doesn't matter what did you use for renders
