I guess the reason for complaining about mosaics is that some companies like Mangagamer releases uncensored works but what most people dont realize is that for the most part the devs have no uncensored assets because they oftem dont consider localization and if they had uncensored assets they could get in legal troubles (Or not but better safe than sorry) so these uncensored localized companies hire someone to decensor the genitals, thats why you usually see the genitals clashing with the rest of the game art(For instance in Imopara 1 we lost an animated sex scene because the decensor artist couldnt work out the animation and so it was cut and just the stills remained). Cherry Kiss are small time devs so hiring someone to decensor might increase the budget by a lot or the devs themselves rather them not hire said decensoring artist to avoid legal issues in Japan (Again they might not but they arent taking any chances)

And the censorship laws will never get traction. Imagine being *that* politician to campaign for porn and represent pervert otakus. Cant think of a biggest political suicide.

Yes. But the prequel is not that different from this oneso you dont miss anything. Its worth to note that the prequel focus mostly on one character(The Princess) while her mother only has 2 scenes. Which is likely the reason why it didnt got localized first since if you dont like the heroine then it means less sales.
