That's not exactly that far off from one of my earlier suggestions.
I pretty much always have installed beta language package Unicode UTF-8 and japanese + chinese traditional language pack installed to avoid potential problems with missing signs in filenames.

I have this packeges installed. I already told you, that system was on japanise, when i unpacked archives. But still problem was there.
And i also have locale emulator, but it's been outdated.

I didn't suggest locale emulator because it is usually the source of a lot of troubles, not a fix to them.
Anyway, it is working so who cares ;p

You're going to extract 3 compressed files into separate folders and then merge them together.
