I don't understand this enemy in general. Biologically it doesn't make any sense, its a slug that embeds another slug into its host, then those slugs explode into what I can only describe as a 'cum blast.' So how exactly does the propagation of the parasite occur? Parasites are generally supposed to keep spreading and kill the host in the process.
Okay, real talk here. A porn game has only limited ways to work and if the MC is a woman, there are only three ways. The problem is that those three options are, for the most parts, quickly overused, if you have many opponents. The options are pretty thin: Impregnation, eggs, parasite, reborn, bomb, one way lane, eat through body, corrupt ovaries, eat or steal ovary eggs... as you can see, it goes stale very fast and if you make a game and on top of it not guro, your methodes are really slim. And aside of Game Over moments, I doubt that Inui will kill Ren in game by the mobs (unlike other games). To me, the impregnation option is nicely done, since the mobs use Ren's eggs and don't push eggs inside, which is a nice refresher unlike in most hentai nowadays.
Not really. Those mutants are a product of the Heaven drug, that main villain (forgot his name) created to mess around. Each creature, that got in touch with the drug, mutated into a horny creature, that has only one idea in the head... to breed every female it can find. Those slugdogs are nothing else. Their only purpose is to find a female and impregnate it. Why doesn't matter. This is why every mob in this game is after Rin's pussy.
My guess is that for some reason either the suit activates itself to protect our heroine (as was the case with acid from that discount Xenomorph from a year ago)...or these slugs are actually a glorified semi-sentient colonies of microorganism or other shit.
In other words, the slugs turn other lifeforms into slugdogs, but for some reason, it doesn't work with Rena. But, for some reason, they are able to impregnate her and produce more Heaven mutants. So either those slugdogs are the result of the Heaven drug OR the origin of the drug itself. Interesting theory.

There are not many H games with a good story. Hell, most western porn games don't have any at all. So I'm happy to see a story and this one sounds interesting. Sadly, we have not many encounters with Claude, which would help the story and make his character more important. The only reminder of him is his partner in crime, who appears shortly at the start and later on in the game for a difficult duel. My point is, that Claude as the main villain needs more spotlight to grow as a character and not end like a generic bad guy. There could be cutscenes, which elaborate why he does what he does or what he plans to do. Even smalltalks with the MC can help to flesh him more out. In my eyes, the worst kind of story and antagonist, was in Seed of the Dead 1-2. Part 1 had a rushed ending with no real conclusion and part 2 was also rushed with no explaination of the main antagonist or his plans. For someone like me, who wants to enjoy games fully (story and, in H games, sex scenes), this is a frustrating thing every time. Just because it is an h games, doesn't mean, the story needs to be bad.

I only saw videos on Rule34videos, but never saw a game with this feature. However, I'm sure someone already made a game with it. Would be interesting to know and see. I could even imagine it in this game, when Rena gets impregnated too many times. Her ovaries simply change and she simply birth only mutant babies at that point. Kind like a seedbed.
