The Kumarim cheats conflict with the Reipatcher translator. If you used it, you will have to extract a new and clean game and then install the Kumarim cheats, then Bepinex will work. Do not try to install the Reipatcher translator again or there will be a conflict and you will have to extract and assemble a new and clean game again for Bepinex to work with the Kumarim cheats.

I DOWNLOADED LATEST BEPINX FROM YOUR LINK THEN EXTRACTED IT IN GAME DIRECTORY THEN PUT CHEAT FILE IN PLUGINS FOLDER.
BUT...
ONLY ONE OPTION WORKS THE REST ARE DEAD!!!! PLEASE UPDATE
