I can't seem to find the game folder in android/data ( although i used explorer that allow to see all folder in android/data). Can anyone help me out ? Plzz
Well, after surfing on RPG maker forum, i found that it's impossible for nonroot user to access save of RPG maker game. Is that right ? Guess i will try using Joiplay instead

New Renovations!
Hey everyone!
Today I wanted to share a look at another new location that should be coming to the next update of House Chores. It's crazy to think that the house is still growing but there are still just a few more rooms/areas planned for the main game.
The dining area will open a lot of potential. But for now, I think it's going to be a place where you can occasionally play a table top game with Emily to help increase your 'creativity'. Think of these like chore points for Linda or exercise points for Julie!
One day I may look at some special dinner events as well. Fit for some misplaced kitchenware under the table
The doorway to the left will likely be the laundry room entrance. The laundry room would be a place for some small/funny interactions on top of another location to build chore points for Linda.
Stay tuned for more teasers & updates on this upcoming build! I still can't give a release window just yet. There's a lot of stuff I need to figure out with my schedule but I hope to have news of that soon!

Update This Month(?) - Update Details!
Hey everyone!
Wanted to break the silence and just chat about this update along with the near/long term plans for House Chores!
== Release Date / Window ==
I don't have a specific release date yet but I am looking to release the update this month!
The art required for this update is nearing completion and I still need to finish making the update itself. But both parts shouldn't be too tough or long.
I'll be releasing an update for Zombie's Retreat 2 this month as well so the challenge will be finding which weekend is most appropriate for HC to release. Keep an eye out both here and on Discord or Twitter for more concrete release date announcements!

As originally announced, this update will begin the first half of Emily's story/content!
Additionally, Linda will be getting a new on-screen scene somewhere around the house
Lastly, the dining room has been added to help expand the house for further events & content.
== What's Next - Roadmap ==
I wanted to talk just a little bit about what I have planned for roughly the first half of 2022.
Next up after this update will be the conclusion of Julie's main storyline! Following that should be the conclusions of Emily's main story. As the summer approaches, I think a little break by the backyard pool might be worth looking at.
House Chores feels like it's nearing completion yet there's so many things I want to do after each character has reached 'home base' so it's tough to say how long I'll keep doing updates. At this point, I'm just having fun and seeing what sort of mischief this house gets into!

Progress Report: Just a Little More Time (and Art)
Hey everyone!
Today, I was hoping to announce the build releasing as soon as tomorrow. But after working on the update some more, particularly with Emily's story, I find that it's lacking some really important build-up for her story.

I'm going to spend a little more time getting some additional art to help build up to that first scene much more effectively! It's too soon to know how much extra time I'll need but it shouldn't be too severe of a delay.
My best guess is I'll require a couple more weeks to fit in this new content but that partially depends on artist availability too so I'll have a better idea soon!

Speaking of the update, I'm really happy with how Emily's story is developing. Because HC is made in the RPG Maker engine, I was able to utilize some of it's features to create a fun moment. A part that was originally going to be some small flavor text now has a bit more of an interactive and immersive element to it

The reality of the situation is that there's no reason for him not to work this way. All of the actual character art and 18+ scenes are made on commission basis by either one or a small number of artists. So, if he's just making one game and trying to keep the art style consistent, the amount of content is hard-capped on how fast one or two artists can finish drawings. The writing is all very simple and the gamplay and backgrounds are all stock RPG Maker stuff, so he can probably hammer that stuff out pretty quick, but then has to wait weeks to actually get the art he needs to push a "real" update. So, instead of just sitting on your hands for two weeks while you have a finished gameplay section just waiting for a scene to plug into it, why not just make another game where you hire a different small group of artists to do the same thing?
If he did the opposite and only made a single game and focused all his time on it, what happens - he finishes a complete game that he can't release because the artists are still sending you one scene every other week? Like, let's assume that this game is 100% complete in terms of gameplay because he did nothing but work on this game every day, the release doesn't actually come any sooner because the art is thing you're actually waiting on. And this isn't to put the blame on the artists being slow - they're probably getting a few hundred per image, but with how long they take they either have a real job and this is their side-gig, or Siren just one of their dozens and dozens of clients. Siren makes enough money from Patreon to work on these games full-time, the artists don't.
The reason for calling this game "almost done" is probably logistical. I remember hearing he already had to hire a new artists to redo a bunch of work because his last artist bailed, and the art here doesn't seem to be coming very quickly either. So, the options are to let this game be in development for another two years or something while you get a slow stream on art to update the game with, or you just wrap things up and start something new where you can grab a new set of artists who are able to send work over faster. If I were working on this game for two years I'd want to be done with it too, especially considering how basic the original idea was - there's no way he intended for this to go on this long.
