This whole website is a pirate website.
mostly specialized on porn games.
but it also is one of the most popular showcase website for new devs.

as for this specific games, i must say its a mess imho on the deal.. i mean. i pay on steam for this game, and i got the main updates. but you can also constantly pay on patreon and get a small/beta updates.

soo, you choose :

1 - you pay full price on steam and dont get full game
2 - you pay overpriced price on patreon during months and months and get full game
3 - you aint pay anything and get it free here.
4 - you buy it on steam and get patreon update here ( wich is technically legit imho as beta update arent specific release )

soo yeah, most (if not all) games here are pirated game that arent supposed to be free ( supposed to be payed or patrons )

That's not exactly true. I'm a Patron on Patreon and we don't get anything that Steam doesn't get in terms of the actual game itself. This stable release (0.11.3) that everybody is asking for is on Steam right now.

As Patrons, we just get access to the internal testing builds before they are ready to hit the major platforms, and we get walkthroughs for new content, and we get access to polls for shaping the direction of the game. We also get access to internal testing on other games they are working on.

You can totally just buy the game on Steam and you are guaranteed to get all updates once they are tested and stable.

Basically, if you want to buy the game, just buy it on Steam, but if you want to support the devs, then support them on Patreon. That's all there really is to it.

I actually subscribe to the devs on Patreon. I just like this site because of the community. I've also checked out a few other games on here, and ended up buying them too. It's nice to be able to try before you buy.

The versions you get on Patreon are usually full of bugs and don't have things like voice acting or lots of other polish. They're obviously not going to put it on Steam in that form. You keep wording it as if you don't get the "complete" game on Steam, but that's not true, since you do when the content is finished. You're acting like the Patrons are getting access to game content that Steam users never will, which is not true at all. Steam just gets it once it's polished up. That makes perfect sense to me and doesn't seem like "a mess" (how you put it) at all. If I was developing a game, I wouldn't put internal testing builds out to the public either.

If you support the devs on Patreon, you just get the perk of getting access to stuff they're working on before it's ready, as well as other benefits. It's all very-well explained. People on Steam know what they're buying, and so do people on Patreon. Even though I am a Patreon supporter (just because I want to support the devs, and enjoy the other perks), I don't even play the game unless it's a "Stable Release" because IMO it's not even worth playing until that point.

nontheless they are still happy when a steam player report a bug to them. wich, technically speaking, is the job of the patrons tester.
