To be honest, I don't see any problem here. You can make a character that is absolutely loyal to you, a pure and innocent virgin that you will introduce into the world of adult pleasures. She will never cheat on you, either physically or mentally, no matter how hard you try, she will only be with you. However, your actions can lead to the fact that she will begin to change in her attitude towards you. In two words, she would either be the archetype of the sweet and innocent younger sister, or the stern and domineering older one. And there will be another character who will be NTR character. You just need to separate one from the other.
How can one who dislikes NTR, who also has three women loyal to them, enjoy a game with brothels, strip clubs, gloryholes & sex clubs?

This idea has merit. I could possibly do it, but it'd be tricky. The end result might bring us back to square one. Hear me out:
There are three main women who are loyal to the MC.
- Mother
- Sister
- Girlfriend
If I were to apply your idea to the current characters, it would result in something like this:
Exclusive Loyalty (No renders exist of these characters in which she has sex with other men.)

- Sister #1
- Girlfriend #1
Optional Loyalty (Renders exist of these characters bein fucked by other men.)
- Aunt
- Sister #2
- Girlfriend #2
Does this double the workload? Hmm, not really. I have a methodology in place that lets me make variations very fast.
Here's another thing: I empathize with NTR haters with the above dilemma. Because I can empathize, I also can feel the desire and impulse to keep the Aunt, Sister #2, and Girlfriend #2 all to myself as well! LOL
... I don't know if this idea would work.I can think of one more possible dilemma. Some one might like the look of the Aunt more, then be like , "i wish i could switch the mom and aunt.", which starts the whole problem all over again.

Before I answer your questions, I want to let you know that the reason I love netori is probably because I like to have sexual pleasure while taking advantage of someone. I believe this is the case because I also like mind control, blackmail, rape and stuff like that which I'm ashamed of to admit. In netori, you are indirectly taking advantage of her husband, and, when she is kind of showing resistance, you are taking advantage of her too, so you are taking advantage of 2 ppl at the same time, which is awesome for me (yea, I feel guilty and trashy do admit it). So, to answer your questions:
a) I am into taking advantage of ppl while having sexual pleasure, but I'm not exactly into making them suffer this way. I like them to cry because they are being taken advantage by someone. Although I do like to slap the woman face for some reason, torture does not really arouse me much, and this item is closer to that. But this does not exactly turn me off either, and since this route appeal to ppl that have the torture/sadist fetish, you should probably put this type of content on this route.
b) This does not arouse me much because this does not trigger my "take advantage of someone" fetish.
c) Imagining this arouse me for some reason. Even though I'm not taking advantage of anyone, I feel that I'm fucking a whole family at once lol
d) I would not send him the video. I actually prefer to do things behind his back and secreatly contemplate the fact I'm fucking his family behind his back when I see him.
e) If you are going to do this, I would recommend to make it optional as this has the potential to trigger a NTR bad feeling. I'm ok with her husband fucking her but letting other ppl fuck her is another story. She was already his from the start. If this is problem a problem that you find important enough so that you are even considering doing such heavy changes because of this, you should make a pool to feel what the majority thinks about it. Personally, if she, for instance, would only fuck with other guys if I tell her to do it, this would never be a problem for me, since she is still being fully loyal (also because I would never tell her to do it
). So, in this case, I have no reason to have a problem with the optional NTR, even though I am a NTR hater. As long as you (and not her) are the one that takes the initiative to trigger the NTR content, it would be 100% fine with me.

I hate NTR a great deal and the only way I can see your story working for someone like me is, if you want to keep the promiscuity or the sexual undertones of a brothel, is to make it a strip club that doesn't have a "special" menu. Keep the girls strictly professional with their customers but the MC, of course, gets the exclusive full experience. You really have to drive home the point that the dances are strictly professional or else NTR haters will assume the worst. You can do this by having a customer try to touch a dancer in an inappropriate place and have the girl run to a security guard to get him thrown out. Then you can have other dancers in shock or supporting the girl, further driving home the point that it's an extremely rare and untolerated occurrence.

Nah, I wouldn't and the site in general wouldn't. Only the excessively possessive would call that ntr (NO ONE EVEN GETS TO SEE MY WAHMAN.)
But personally as some advice I think would help... the only question you should ask yourself is this: Would a possessive guy wanna do this or be ok with this? Don't think about ntr or what it means. Just ask, a guy who doesn't like sharing his women, would he be ok with this? I would get pissed if a character I'm interested in joined a strip club (doing that on a regular basis and occassionally getting fondled), but much less if she flashed a guy to distract him as a one off joke or was a stripper in the past before I met her.
"They are mine and mine alone" mindset is what's going to appeal to the anti-ntr crowd the most. Anything that constitutes a girl willfully betraying the mc will piss them off. For the most part I hope you don't change your original vision for the game, what matters most is saying in a dev note of some kind the limit of the content you're looking at.

As someone who has been on this site for a long time and probably at this point played 100s of games over the years I am going to tell you the hard truth.
1. There is no way to play both sides of NTR. All you will do in the end is only making one side happy, or more likely no one happy.
2. If your game is going to be focused around a brothel or something like it you shoehorn yourself into either doing soft ntr where the girls in the story are with you but fuck other guys for a job (which is a big no no for people who hate ntr), or you end of having a few actual female characters with story and attachment that are loyal and then just have a bunch of random dull npcs that you just fuck for fun who fuck everyone. This second option limits the scope of your game and will end of making it dull I almost grantee it.
3. If you include ntr in the game at all whatsoever people will complain, either the ntr fans will say you are not giving them enough content, or the ntr haters will view ntr differently then you and refuse to play your game over certain scenes.
3.1 For example say you were a drug dealer or something and at some point you needed to sneak into a warehouse and steal some stuff but there were guards out front. So to get past them you send one of your girls to "distract" them. Then with the scene included or not they go fuck so you can get through. Some people would say that that sort of thing is fine and would not bother them, however personally I would consider that ntr and I would immediately close the game if it was not preventable. You would have to walk this crazy thin tightrope the entire time just to hope you don't piss people off.
4. Even if you don't want to here it you need to make a decision. Make the game an NTR focused game or don't. If you go for something in the middle you will most likely fail.

One thing I've learnt in my life is that no matter how much you try to please everyone, it'll fail; specially if it's internet and people have anonymity. If you write "I Love my Mother" on Mother's Day; people will still find ways to berate you. I personally don't enjoy NTR as I don't like seeing a character I've made emotional connection with over time, with someone else. But I also understand that a lot of people derive sexual pleasure from that exact notion. No harm there. My advice will be to go with your vision and and create the content you want to present to world. If you try to consider what the opposing mentality owning populi dictates; then it'll be a disaster. Well said. I actually have that question in my checklist and apply it to every sex scenario. Asking that simple question has helped me make alternative time efficient solutions to make an erotic experience for the non-ntr guy.
Is there any possible scenario you can think of where your girlfriend dancing at a strip club would be incredibly erotic to you? Be brutally honest, is there any angle you can think of?
Oh, I know. How about this?
[Non-NTR] You own a strip club, but you use it to record erotic videos of your girlfriend dancing then sell it online for money. However, you don't want anyone to know who she is, so you censor her face in the video. Now you can use the strip club as a kind of photo shoot set for creating sexual content. You get a nice dance from her and can make money too. This then escalates into turning the strip club into a porn studio, where you're the star, but you make sure no one can see your girlfriends face. Sound good? Then you bring other girls to the strip club (now a photoshoot set), so you can make more videos and more content.
Original vision is intact. I've actually found many creative ways to re-use existing scenarios & poses, so if one scene contains something non-NTR doesn't like, I can morph that scene into something they do like; which is very, very efficient time cost wise.

See? It would be a crime NOT to add a non-ntr route, because it's so easy to do; I've used DAZ studio for so many years and I have many years of software development experience. The trick is trying to figure out how the same scene can be used to cater to non-ntr crowd. Surprisingly, I've figured out many ways to do this, but I really like hearing ideas from people who hate NTR; because they hate NTR so much, they might think of things I won't. Someone earlier already suggested some clever ideas that I'm putting to good use.

That sounds like a great setup for NTR, where someone somehow manages to identify ur girl and blackmails her, but for non-ntr purposes it sounds like a convoluted way to get a sort of harem.

I strongly advise anyone whose making a NTR and non-NTR game to take your advice. However, I feel I'm an exception given my many years of experience in software dev and daz studio. Creating variations is something I can do very quickly. I would say that if the dev has lots of experience in both programming, rendering, and even writing, then he should attempt it, but if his/her experience is lacking then definitely take your advice.
I already have a scene somewhat similar to that. Here is how I handled it, I'm going to use your example:
[NON-NTR] You send your girlfriend to distract the guard. She ends up using violence or chemical means to subdue him after some light seduction; not touching him, not even flashing her breasts. The guard is knocked out and now you both go inside the warehouse. However, the thrill of breaking in has aroused you and your girlfriend, so you both fuck right then and there; let's called this sex scene: sexScene87
[NTR] You send your girlfriend to seduce & fuck the guard.... Invoke sexScene87varNTR ... See? I can replace the male character in the scene and the setting, then do a quick re-render. It's not a big deal. If you have a good methodology & hardware, the process is super simple and fast.

The game is heavily into Netori. Your idea will fit perfectly. That's gold man, GOLD!
