The only way I can see a game with this type of set up NOT scaring away NTR haters is if the women the MC is acquiring for his own personal use are not under any circumstances involved in his business ventures at all.
Just completely divorce the personal life side of the game from the business side of it with no overlap between the characters.



If you actively avoid introducing any of the women who are actually working in the... "establishments" to the player character then you *should* be free to get as creative as you want with the employees in those places and the player (hopefully) would be able to enjoy any scenes with said employees servicing the patrons.




Example:

MC meets four gals named Samantha, Hilda, Amy, and Zoey.
He splits his time between managing his business ventures and wooing the 4 named gals.
The women with actual names may or may not be aware of his work, buuuuuut are never employed at any or visit any of them.

All of the ladies that he does employ there have very generic names like Prostitute 34 and Slut 17.
Acquiring employees can be as easy or complicated as you'd like to make it from a gameplay angle, but once in place it's just a matter of figuring out pay rates, upkeep costs, and maybe sick leave or fatigue for the employee.

Samantha, Hilda, Amy, and Zoey on the other hand (all being the MC's actual girlfriends) would bring in a wholly separate game play dynamic based on getting them to like you and each other more. They don't meet anyone else, they don't show any signs of interest in any one else, and they never never never get involved with the business side of the game.


Ideally it would even free you up to use totally random characters for use to see how things are going in the brothels and strip-club via CCTV cameras or whatever.
MC checks camera 1: Random Prostitute 1 is blowing some random customer on a leather couch.
MC checks camera 2: Random Prostitute 2 has been put into some stocks and is getting plowed from behind.
MC checks camera 3: Random Prostitute 3 is giving someone a very special lapdance in the champagne room at the strip club.
Etcetera, etc., etc. ...

Just make sure never to re-use the same models from one employee scene to the next.
Each new "work" scene should have a completely different woman involved.
That should keep players from forming any attachments to them, and it would help in making it seem more random and less personal.

I don't hate NTR with a passion, but I do dislike it overall, maybe because my first experience with it was Thug Hero Party.

The problem with NTR haters is that they stretch the definition too much. If the protag is the owner of a brothel and has girls servicing customers, that is not NTR because the protag and the girls are not in a "Loving relationship". It's only NTR if 2 characters have a loving relationship (lovers/family etc).

I'd have to agree to what was said before, lots of games where NTR is avoidable have very little non-NTR content or even none at all and what is there is bland and boring. And as long as NTR as I've described it is avoidable I will play the game, and if the NTR is avoidable I'll even play through the NTR scenes in a gallery or on a fast second playthrough as in my head I can see it as an "what if" scenario and disconnect from it emotionally. That's also what a lot of NTR lovers don't think of or don't understand, the reason some people dislike or hate Netorare specifically is because the story is aimed at emotionally hurting the reader, who identifies or at least perceives the story through the protagonist, rather then just showing the act of cheating. Some NTR lovers advise to imagine yourself as the other party, identify with the character who is stealing the protagonist's girl, but that is not how Netorare story is structured and told, the writer want's you to relate with the protagonist and suffer with the protagonist, so if you enjoy netorare by imagining you as the one doing the stealing, you're doing it wrong, and what you really want is netori.

Sorry for the long rant if it turns out to be useless.

As for a interesting scene I think will please both sides, and surely will please me, here me out: The protagonist needs to sex train a new girl for the job but he doesn't just use his own body to teach her, instead he gets some other guy to be a test dummy, maybe a male friend of the protagonist, and tells the new girl what and how to do and how to behave to better please clients. Basically the protag is still in control at all times even if he is not the one doing the fucking, so all but the NTR-hating purists will be able to enjoy such a scene.
