It's easy, don't get discouraged.
In the case of the guide I posted, every character name in bold is basically a route guide for that particular character and following it will get you to their ending. When your see "Save slot 1" and so on it means you have to save your game before making the following choice, and be sure to follow the number of saves you need to make as you progress. That's it, I hope this can help you.
