did you unzip this using 7zip after using apple local on 7zip. if you do that. the japanese file names will be extracted correctly. if you dont they just get extracted with #$%^345454 crap in the name files and the game will not work.

try extracting using japanese local on 7zip then run the game in jap applelocal

I did found the problem a few days after I posted my problem, the way i fixed it was to update my jap applelocal
