There are some (though don't often have the women being killed), usually focused on "reverse rape" (female / futa on male) and femdom. There's also a book series I know of (never read it myself) called a Brother's Price (IIRC), where gender roles are reversed due to having a massively skewed birth rates, with like 90% births being female. It's not porn, but it is a series where women are (among other things) soldiers getting killed, and men are captured and raped (STDs being a huge thing, rather than pregnancy).

sounds like the game is quoting how bad the pain of trying to run the game is.by inserting the painkiller name into the game as proof.

I don't know what the criteria is for pregnancy tag on this site honestly. Numerous games with lots of pregnancy content but aren't tagged as such. Then you get games with like one pregnancy game over and have the tag.
Here's an updated CommonEvents.json that fixes this error. Extract it and overwrite the existing version in the 'data' directory of the game (you should probably make a backup first if you don't still have the downloaded game archive on hand).

Bug. You have to use the arrow keys to force the door open the first time. Later I was using the mouse just fine.
Getting a game-breaking bug wherein if you kill the ogre blocking the path it immediately respawns.
