Can that be used to edit your health points and card's attack power? I'm the type of person who wants to play through the game, but at a super easy difficulty. I've only gotten to the first elite battle, and i could already see the difficulty increasing. Its not something i couldn't handle, but i'm worried the difficulty would continue to increase more and more to the point i'm struggling. I still haven't figured out any strategies yet except popping restraint and going all out.
Edit: After looking through the save editor, i have no idea which values are what. The only one i can see is the gold value, but i have no idea which one is health points, or anything that would give me more attack power. Can anyone give me a run down on what each of these values are for?

I don't usually like card games but I'm really enjoying this one so far. Are there any other good examples of card games that have sex baked into the combat/dueling system?

Not really, no. Honestly, a lot of the adult card games out there are usually poorly balanced and the handful of ones I consider to be good only ties some cards to sex animations. This would be a game I'd recommend to future games.
If you don't mind MtF transformation and random pictures and gifs off the internet, TF Card Battle is probably the most unique deck builder on this site and has the greatest replay value to me. Rounds are relatively fast and there's a shit ton of deck themes with great gimmicks. Like I'm personally not into MtF TF and some of the other fetishes on it, but this game is good enough that I'm overlooking and replaying it.

Not much of TF person either, but thank you for the recommendation nonetheless! I'll make sure to check it out in detail sometime. If you could, I'd love to know a few of the card games you were talking about that have at least some cards tied to sex. Not really familiar with the field so I'll take whatever suggestions you've got. Preferably similar to this game where you can play as a male vs female, but I'm not especially picky.

Surprisingly, most of the adult card games are female protag.
- Last Evil is another Slay the Spire style deck builder. There's like one card you can play to initiate sex, which basically stuns a creature for 3 turns and gives you extra essence (currency), but not every creature can be charmed.
- Dating Joyce start off with "safe" dating mechanics, but introduces adult elements in chapter 2 of 3. During this phase, there's mid-battle sex, but it isn't directly triggered by cards. No idea why OP wasn't updated, but here's the post with the full game.
- Lost Chapter has sex tied to cards, but battles can feel grindy and repetitive fast. There's also fewer opportunities to collect sex-related cards. They don't pop up as post battle rewards like non-sex cards do, they only appear from events. Seduction/sex is actually the most powerful build, ironically.
Dead end city doesn't have sex cards, but it is a card based game and does have very nice animations after losing most fights or doing sex jobs.
There's another card game with I believe a number in the title and a blonde heroine that does have battle fuck mechanics. Its a NTR themed game though, in some routes the final boss is the cucked guy. Wish I could remember.
Last Evil is awesome, and still probably the best of the bunch, but it suffers, like nearly every porn deck builder, from not having a deck editor after beating the game.

Start a game and play a few round, note down your gold and health/max health. Use the editor to load your save and then search for "gold" one of them should match the number you noted down (the game 3 or 4 gold value depending on how much you have played). Same for "health", one should be max health and the other your current health.
Not sure what you mean by "attack power" as the damage is dealt base on the condition of the card and every battle is refreshed, however there is an item that increase your love skills (+dmg) base on 1/100 of your gold so if you have a tons of gold every attack will be doing 20k+ damage (I accidentally pick this up on my first playthrough and wonder why I was one hitting everything), just go to the shop and refresh until you get it (the item is a stack of coins).
I play one here recently that was very similar to this one call X-Angels (https://f95zone.to/threads/x-angels-v1-12-de-barance-studio.213338/) also mind control/corruption, although there was a lot more variety of cards, I prefer this one more.

I did a little bit of research myself and one game I found that nobody seemed to mention is called Dickdown Duel, seems like a pretty simple card game that has both traditional and sex-based cards. The full version is available from this Heroic commenter. I've played it a bit myself and while it's not the greatest thing in the world I do enjoy the sex combat aspect.
Anyone have any suggestions on deck building strategies? The only thing i know how to do is build up restraint and keep chipping away at her health.
Good game, I think the sex scenes of the card should last longer, and add option for user to skip it or not, now it too short

item cards are OP, especially the 0 cost upgraded ones... Dick is hard to play. Restrain is average to play. Hands is easy to play. Toys is easy mode.

Dick is easy to play. You basically have Emergency Brakes replace all your basic attack and defense cards and have a copy or two of that use all your remaining energy to do 7X damage dick card. Having the cock ring or whatever adds a flat +5 damage and several other Dreamstone or whatever also reward you for using dick cards. Either have a single upgraded Restrain card or have a small deck to consistently draw an unupgraded copy.
Mouth/saliva is also a viable strat, especially if you get the Straw dreamstone.
Honorable mention: Love skill OP. If you use the 0 Cost card to add Love skill temporarily and then double it using another card, you keep the original amount when the effect expires. Then you snowball it until you have like 30+ Love Skill and are dealing 70 damage.
Just gave this game a try and it's really good. Has a great progression from regular fighting to battle fucking during combat. Thank you for the recommendation!
