Question #1 - are you loading any bepinex plugins, or have modded game files?
Question #2 - does you graphics card support DX11.1+ ?
(Press Windows key + R, then type "dxdiag" and press enter. Shows your system specs.)
Player.log shows "d3d11: D3D_FEATURE_LEVEL_11_1 not-recognized (only 11.0 runtime installed?)"
I'm assuming this is an issue of outdated hardware.
But you might try updating DirectX and your graphics driver to start.

I think those are work in progress right now
The dev said that he will add more things in future update and for now he's just fixing the bugs and stuff to make the game more enjoyable

Update 1.05 was just a bug fix for distorted image on amd RX 6000 series graphics cards, and the addition of another language hence the tag "content addition" on dlsite. And the previous updates was just bug fixes and the addition of other languages.
The game does not start, a window appears, a second window appears that looks like a crash report collector and closes.
