Am I correct in saying that there's only one ending to this game, the one where she's already aware of the hypnosis but it turns into a maledom loss 'cause she overpowered the guy? Because I swear, I saw (or read) another ending where she becomes your lover of some sorts...

Deep penetration with either penis or dildo. You'll see the PORTIO flashing when you hit it.
You may need to experiment a bit with the way you move the mouse if using the penis. In my experience, side to side movement + deep penetration gave the best result. This way you can kind of "brush" the portio/uterus with the head of the penis.
