Orbs are equipment for the armor. When you select status or equipment, you can select down to choose the armor's equips instead of Shira's.

Also, if you meant devoid of armor, while it's not fully encircling her, the correct statement would be "below her thighs."

Admittedly, it is also not covering her waist, but there's nothing important there besides several vital organs.
(In actuality, that area is uncovered so they could put a pregnant belly there.)

You can get rid of parasites by using various items from the shop in the capital.

Anyway the art in this game is kind of average but I loved the concept. You try to mess her up enough to get her raped in battle but not enough to lose. Though it does feel a bit weird there is no game over rape scenes. Still makes sense story wise though. Your the Demon King in the armor so she needs to win but you want to corrupt her too.
