Well, it's based on Kiriko's Tatsumaki skin from the game but yeah I see your point. Perhaps idemi likes the Tatsumaki skin for Kiriko and decided to make an animation out of it instead of just using her normal outfit. In the end, it boils down to the animator's preference I guess.

I appreciate all the links we're given, even if they get deleted because of the hosting site. As long as one option is available, I'm happy.
My ranking is probably - WorkUpload, PixelDrain, MEGA, MixDrop, GoFile, Anon, and then everything else. WU gives standard speeds with no limit, while PD is the same as WU with a 20 GB weekly limit. MEGA is, of course, the fastest with a 5 GB limit every 6 hours, and MD/GF/AF are fairly solid as well. At least that's how it is in NA West. I find GF files to be deleted the fastest...
I'm just happy you lovely updaters don't primarily upload to K2S or any of those other slow hosting sites.
