Sometimes it would be easy to mistake the thread title for Card Requesting rather than Card Sharing based on the amount of requests.

Hmmmm............for my opinion it´s not this bad that permanently requests showing up.
1. if someone owns a requested card and share it here afterwards, the title of this thread is fullfilled - isn´t it?
2. I personally obtain ideas from such requests for creating a card arousing my interest. And obviously share it then.
3. and if certain members are noticed by constantly requesting.............let it be, simply ignore

To be totally honest, the requests dont bother me all the much, Repeated requests for the same thing bu the same user does though

You can get a bit better result if you edit the main texture, I posted a basic how-to in the old tutorials thread:

Note there are more shaders available now, so be sure to try all the clothing shaders with "alpha" in the name to see which looks best.

Thanks for remembering - I´ve forgotten this tool yet.
But you´re not stupid, the attachment was not the completely program.
I googled and found this
View attachment HS2PNGInfo-v1.0.0.4.zip
After extracting you can see inside another zip file (HS2PNGInfo-source.zip) - you have to extract first into this folder, then start exe.
Drag a card into the opened window and see the info.
