I would say take everything out but the "abdata" folder and "UserData". Those two directories may be all you need for the hacked mod to work OK.
I just did the same on my work laptop and her load still seems great with just those folders. I might redo the share folder so there is no future issues.

Also, if her nose looks out of whack like your's turned into, forgo the custom card & use the originals. From there you can changer her body preset manually.

Exactly what I did with just those folders. The original 2 cards are fine only that newest card you linked to me above with the tongue sticking out does that crazy indented nose. Probaly good idea to get rid of the rest not needed to avoid confusion, specially that plugin.

Well, short of a few hiccups and a brute force de-obfuscator still running after its 3rd day straight on Xyth24's Tessa, I am going to say this first attempt is a success.

It's all just a few simple tricks and nonsense. That DHH preset helps ALOT too. Nyaacho is my first go-to:

I add my custom eye textures...

I grab either a Boy2239 hair style or one from Sjjpl for a bit more realistic appearance.

I also change the uncensoredselector away from "Default" so as to get her bumhole back to respectable.

I adjust her arms (and tit size) so she is more skeletally accurate and pleasing to my eyes...

And I enlarge her hands and sometimes her feet so they also look more accurate to a human being.

I read somewhere way back on this thread about human beings versus blowup dolls. Most players enjoy surreally-shaped characters for Illusion games. I began my quest to achieve hyper-real-shaped girls, instead. It's a crazy learning process but I am happy to pass on what I have learned thus far so more players have less hair yanked out trying to do cool shit with their game. Hope this helps!
