My very unpopular opinion about all this whole "DMCA Paywall steal discord" mess:

Moders has been mantained the HS2 comunity so far, they are making mods to get most of a game. starting from there, I think they deserve some respect, well if you want to call it that way, or whatever you name it, I am not English-native speaker.

Most moders release their works periodically, I mean, if a mod, card, map or asset is not available by the moment, it will be in the future. K1T0 for example has very nice mods that are released in time, Hanmen as well, just to mention a pair. Why is the rush to get a mod when it releases? moreover, Why leak All the tier folder at once? Man I am talkin about in the past some dude ask for a missing mod, then a nice guy share that especific mod and that's all. In my opinion, leak all the work made by a moder (whatever name you want to give) is for create havoc. Killing the moder's will to do things is killing the whole scene.

This is a Pirate site, I am aware of this, but men, there are manners. we all the people who play, make games, scenes for profit are living in the same ecosystem. You want a mod? ask for it if it is available. You like some moder's work? pay the $1, $5, even $10 month and get that you want, maybe more than you expect, that will be the way to say the moder: "hey, nice work!! keep it up!!"

There is no moral argument to ban a thread, channel or whatever by DMCA infringment, all here are the same, more or less. Using borrowed or stealed asset from a company's corpse (I hate to thing we all killed Ilusion Soft by repacking their wonderfull game).

If you think that Xyth24 is abusive, he is. and overrated. I will never buy anything from him. but i will get any leaked mod that crosses my way. see? all here are the same in a way or another. Ain't gonna lie to you, I have used leaked mods, but ironically those leaked mods make me to know the moder's work, and in time it has been released. If I have a specific mod, plugin, card, map, I have had shared in the past upon a request, via PM. As for me, that's the way it should be.

Please don't go mad at me by this opinion. It is just sharing our thoughts about all this. The sole intention is to make a stronger community, no to destroy it.

Agree. I do support content creators. I subscribe to cunihinx and darkruler (to name a few) and if I see some good content being released behind a paywall, I have no issues paying for it, even if I know it will eventually go free (like the amazing head mods K1T0 made recently with all the top tier facial expressions. Finally, good western looking sculpts).
I also support others modders outside HS2 like VaM. Some really dedicated people out there.
But I dislike what xyth do, the way he behaves and how he loves to act like a diva.

Like what was said, it is kinda of a gentlemen agreement. People will support the content you made with assets taken from somewhere else, but accept the fact some people will get your shit without paying. Just try to be cool with it.
I support those mod creators, people who seem to be cool with the community around them.
I don't give two fucks about xyth.

But this are my two cents and I'm done talking about this..

It's virtue signaling at best. Leaker doesn't kill modder either. People who has money will still pay modder.

Pesonaly I think mod shares of good creators drive people to them that otherwise wouldn't even know they exist. You'd be surprised how many people support the people they like, not to mention the people that have money to spare that can't be bothered to go looking for mods they can't easily find and would rather just pay to get quick access. Just my two cents on the matter.

By all means if you can copy their work from scratch do that. What's being copy protected is their work. Their ability to do something you can't. Stop the cap with "donations" cause NO one will pay if they don't have too. Thats basically patreon and no one wants to sub there. If you want to blame someone blame that one guy who thought to charge first. Then this wouldn't be an issue with paying.
That's just my two cents.

I really don't mind a bit of chatter and I hope moderators don't mind too but it's hardly to find any new card postings lately. It would be bad if moderators got mad and delete this thread again.

Perhaps would be better to move chatter to discussion thread and close writing posts in this one but leaving it available to read and download cards. What do you think?

That's a lot of stuff but it's a mess, mods, cards, scenes and other things mixed without any order.
Besides that lots of those mods are already in BR modpack or available to download through KKManager.

And within the rest of mods many are not working as they are uncomplete mods split int zipmod and hardmod so there's a lot of missing parts in them.
For example a lot of Sakuraba mods an LSZC mods have missing .unity3d in zipmod and on the other hand there's abdata folder here with .unity3d files of nikki aka mdgq mods and of LS mods but the zipmod part is missing.

If we had the missing parts it would be easy merge them into complete zipmod.
Perhaps you could share your abdata folder if you have those missing parts and zipmods.

Mr69 and Synalon got talent in doing cards, I have not, That is the magic the moders and creators do for the community: make it Bigger and rich.
The same for Male clothes. Does anyone know a mod for male clothes? As all we can see, there are not much where we can choose. We simply can make male clothes from scratch, fiddling with apps that maybe we dont master or know. That is the moment when a moder shows up and save my day. What would I do without their talent, time or dedication?

Of course, to make a mod, or a cards requires time, no matter if to make it uses "stealed" assets, as somebody may say: " Oh, that moder is doing profit with stolen assets from another game or app, he/she doesn't deserve to get paid, so I will leak all his/her job to ruin it"
That time invested in doing a mod is enuff to ask for a fee?, man, in my truck right now I have near $10 in quarters, dimes, nickel and pennies, scattered all around beneath the seats, sure I can give a buck to that moder, why not? Or else I should remain in my seat waiting for someone to make any for free to just reach and grab because "I deserve it"? The answer is all yours.

What would we do without mods? I have enjoyed all Hooh did for this community, The fluid mod add another perpspective in playing, Ekan studio and meina are given more realistic movements to the models, Hanmen is doing cinematics ways of play, Realgoodstuff has add Sound to a dead silent game, rochin and K1t0 are developing blendshapes mods. what is the main motivation behind this? only they know. money? o'course, the same reason i wake 5am Mon-fri, and also cuz I love my work.
