will the cards characters from the first HS be compatible with HS2?

I'm 99,999% sure the answer is no.

HS2 stuff can be added to AI, but it seems to be a download-code that comes with HS2:

It also wont work with the steam version, according to the website... Illusion really knows how to screw their customers...

But anyway, even if not, it should not be that difficult to port HS2 stuff to AI

So, HS2 simply is AIs "Free H Mode" with some imported clothing, just that you now have to pay for it.

Actually, last I heard about that law, someone out there IS trying to work to get that law changed, or something like that? But I'm not certain on what's been going on with that. (And besides, they can just pull a Micomisomi (if I spelt that right..), just do everything in EXTREMELY exquisite detail, and then slap the mosaic over it because it really does feel like they know that some people out here just.. demosaic it anyways.

Its not stretching anymore, but its clipping through the body now. (so, i would prefer to get the stretchy one back, at least it didnt come out of the girls rim in some positions )

Illusion seems to be unable to add a bone to the "bone" and the "hole" that keeps their "lightsaber" (if not uncensored by mods) in the correct positions. Some of these problems could be solved with a length-reduction from 50cm to something more reasonable, but we also dont get this feature after almost 2 decades of games from them.

I mean, for me, I'll take something uncensored if I can help it when it comes to 3D games. But if like in a VN or something, which varies in art style? Sometimes you REALLY don't want to see the uncensored version of the art, and while the uncensored art is a preference? That's only if the art behind the mosaic is actually GOOD. If it's not, then I'll kindly do with the mosaic. The imagination really can be better than the actual result.

Also, VNs and art censorship, it depends on which part you refer to as being forceful. If you mean JP and the law, then yeah that sucks but, if artists could put their stuff out uncensored, I SINCERELY think they would, and if a day comes where the law is changed? I'm CERTAIN this will show a lot, as a lot of artists already get away with just detailing everything from top to bottom, and just drawing like, 2 black stripes, sometimes even transparent, over the smallest of areas, and that somehow passes over there.

Maybe i am blind but i watched the trailer and did not see any FFM positions only MMF which personaly i hate. Also i wonder if this game will be popular with mod creators like Honey Select was and how easy or hard will be porting mods and stuff from AI to this game.

You have to message the creators. Japanese are different from American companies. They actually listen. More.

Plus these games are just loading screen simulators, you see those more than anything else. Its not open ended. You also don't have any challenge you just find a chick and fuck.
Also how much you wanna bet since you can import AI Girl characters it will be another asset flip? Doubt much of it is new.

lol behold. What would you expect for a porn game? Besides, I'd think there will be different achievements to unlock like in HS1. Creativity? Here we go the cycle of complaints again. (Illusion Grief cycle)

Illusion has a specific cycle of doing their things. The problem is once in a while, they release a different genre of game, but it didn't sell well (People oftentimes forgot about "Happy End Trigger", "Secrosphere", "Battle Rapers", etc) b/c their strength is at making Eroge games with really polished animations, if not the best compared to Doujin market.

Asset flip? Bruh. All of the assets are their own creation, not buying from the market.

Nothing new? LoL. People don't realize how much-polished the animations in their games compared to the old ones, and interactivity has gotten better over time. They implemented many gameplay changes and UI designs as well. HS1 H-scenes manipulation is a completely different type of control than in PH. The same goes for SM, Koitatsu, etc.

I agree with you on most things but interactivity has definitively not gotten better, in fact it's the opposite in general. Ai has some but game is a mess both on gameplay and performance.

True, AIS is really a messy game due to the rendering issue, as if it's unfinished but has to be published due to the time constraint (Come to think of it, they release a new game every year). Gameplaywise, I would say it's a direct improvement of HS1 with enhanced visual.

Just went back playing HS1 after playing AIS, and some animations had uncoordinated Paired IK or clipping issue (the breast fondling or kissing or hand on buttocks (doggy) for instance), but in AIS, the animations look really well-polished in those scenes, especially in POV.

Also, Hair Physics looks better than HS1/PH/Koikatsu (stiff animations). I forgive the clipping cloth_sim, b/c that issue is present in AAA games still.

Though I would wish to have a combination of different actions in one position, like breast_fondle/ kissing while in missionary/ spooning/ etc, but it means more animation assets per position to blend with (which potentially double the works, so might scratch that). (╯︵╰,)

I only played the second one along with Biko3, which got me firstly interested in ILLUSION games b/c I was into Stealth Gameplay. (￢‿￢ )

I'm wondering if there will be a bit of "free roam" like Ai Shoujo ? I really liked that aspect. That the player and the characters we create can move in a world is nice, I think.

From looking at the website, it looked like the girls "moved around" but you would select from a list of different rooms they could be in. So no "free roam" like AI Shoujo. If you played Honey Select, it's still like how the girls could be doing something random (like still sleeping in their beds).
