Most likely not, unless they wish to make a patch for it. The problem is that they affect the same coding, so you would have to recode with each update to get a compatibility patch for it.

You don't need the Godly Brother mod, you get the same options using the Cheat Engine table linked in the game's page (here on F95) and without needing to modify the game, so you can use other mods without having to deal with compatibility issues.

Unpack it into the game folder. It is already setup to have all the files where they need to be. You should get asked if you want to overwrite a few files if done correctly.
Got it, so the only file I need overwrite is CommonEvent and SampleMapA, while the akapp and Fox Pics folder just need to be dropped at the data folder.
