But doesnt the Red route require Cass dying. There's quite a few branching options, so i might have missed a Way to get Red route but still have her alive.

I am just about to run into Cass's rebellion and was searching around this thread for information when I found this post. Great info and truly appreciated but I couldn't disagree more with the conclusion that Red is best. First of all I don't actually want to kill Cass or become her pawn...let's not forget the prophecy offered to the MC early game...if he kills one of the three snakes around his neck(almost certainly the 3 sisters) the other two will suffocate him and if he kills all 3 he will fall. Beyond that I absolutely *hate* Isis, and cannot imagine marrying that vile shake. So the best path imo has to be White Emperor.

Never did her route, but probably mage, embrace elven heritage and white path because she doesn't want red murdering son, but also not green Cass dependent son.

Personally? Mage. Objectively? Doesn't really matter, as far as I know. Queen and her scenes are always available regardless of your starter choice. There's some mini variations with Bookworm, from what I remember. Usually just dialogue with the elven language. But otherwise, she's always available. Obviously, the branching and stuff could make you miss scenes.
Except maybe on Cass route but I wouldn't know. I only romance Cass on that playthrough.

Is there are path where you keep Cassandra in prison but also marry Isis? What choices I need to make for this outcome?

Choose Isis. Go the white path, so refuse Cass' coup and don't kill her either. MC gets imprisoned and doesn't give in to Cass. When he is released, Isis offers him to take care of Cass. Don't let her. Cass gets captured, MC can imprison her.
Yes but you miss a lot of unique scenes that are specifically tailored towards the paths listed above. You can do white emperor with ISIS, but you miss a bunch of unique scenes and X scenes only available to ISIS on the red path. Similar to Aurora on red path, technically you can do red emperor path with Aurora (kill cass yourself at the last scene) but you miss a bunch of unique scenes to Aurora only available on the white path.
So the options are there but are pretty limited in utility. It feels like each bride was designed for specific path in mind and you get more scenes and content that way. Trying to mis-match will result in way less scenes.

I have no idea what happened with the rebellion's other leaders...I first opted to avoid bloodshed but after poisoning Henry the MC went with the Lords and there was a big fight for the castle and then nothing, the more blood thirsty of the leaders who ran away never showed up again, and the pacifist son of that one lady also just disappeared from the game entirely. WTF happened to them?
And there were the other elves who promised to help the MC but ended up helping the rebels...literally nothing was said of them afterwards. And nothing was said of Priscilla who poisoned the king and the MC took her to the west for trial. Now the MC is literally about to leave the west...it's like all the plot was just thrown into the trash.

What are the Aurora-unique scenes for the White path?
In terms of the rebellion it's really annoying that all the leaders can't be accounted for and the only way to kill the most violent one is by letting Scarlet die. I played every variation except siding with the rebels and I think the best path right now is to outright side with the lords from the beginning since that's where you end up anyway but if you side with the lords from the start you have a chance to save Valerian and make him loyal to the MC and you get a spicy scene with Lady Valeria...plus Scarlet is probably fine. We don't know for sure but she's probably fine...she might hate the MC, unclear whether we'll get anywhere with her but that's ok.
