Seeing as Noira has black hair like Elis and Lia. It's believed that they're half elves as well.

I thought maybe those rectangles had been put there to meant "from" since in the last update we saw the twins of Queen/Elis.

On Boosty, under one of the comments where this question was asked, the dev wrote that the bug had been fixed.
Can't say for sure, probably some Russian character/letter that the game font doesn't have, so it throws the squares. The rest of the sentence is probably the complete sentence.
