Choosing a passive partner for comfort is the weak choice, it avoids risk, responsibility, and challenge.
What the fuck are you talking about...Choosing a partner who is more on the passive side doesn't mean you're a weak person...

Some people just don't want to deal with drama and bullshit that having a woman like Isis would bring. And would rather have a nice calming partner like an Aurora who can be a safe space for them. Not every man for instance wants to marry a latina that will slash his tires if you so much as look at another woman. Some just want a nice calm girl that they can have a nice relaxing life with.

And of course, if the developer gives us such options, what I’m saying applies: MC won’t act solely on instinct anymore, he’s thinking, planning, and keeping control in his hands.
The Dev also gives you the option to beat a woman to death with a goblet in front of a crowd, and then attempt to justify it. Doesn't mean it's right just because it's in the game.

Look, it's very simple. Some players will prefer a women like Isis, while some others will prefer women like Aurora. So just let people pick whichever wife they want, and stop being cringe by trying to imply the other side to what you pick is "weaker" than you for doing so.

It's weird.

I wouldn't say weak men, but they definitely choose Aurora because they fear Isis and that she's more dangerous than them. It's all about control. You can't fully control Isis, as she's your equal partner in the relationship. But you can control Aurora, because she's extremely passive and dependent on Elis. All of that other stuff is just noise to cover that up. With how most of Aurora visions are related to her death or being abandoned. I would say Elis is as bad for Aurora as people think Isis is bad for Elis.

As for Alaina. After doing around 9 playthroughs now. I would say that my choice is still valid of going with the lords. While Alaina will make sure Elis stay in power regardless. She also requires Elis to basically weaken humans for her undying loyalty. Which isn't a good thing. The context has changed with an impending invasion that we know will happen in the future. Balance and unity is more important than being Alaina's chosen one. Since humans will largely have to face this invasion, not the elves. And making either side too weak might be the downfall of everyone. So I won't fully lean into Alaina and the elves. But I also won't give the humans what they want.
Being equal to Isis doesn’t prevent Elis from working effectively with her; he can coordinate, leverage her skills, and focus on what truly matters, which increases his power rather than diminishing it.

Regarding Alaina, I understand that her loyalty comes with certain conditions and that balance is important in the face of the upcoming invasion. But that doesn’t invalidate using a capable ally like Alaina strategically. MC can maintain control, manage risks, and make the choices necessary to strengthen both humans and elves without having to fully sacrifice either side.

(Isis, I love you, and I can face any challenge with you! :BootyTime:)

Relax buddy :LUL:, what I said isn’t law or anything, it’s just my own opinion. I value MC’s power and strategy, so I thought about the advantages of managing an active and clever partner. I respect everyone’s choices; people who prefer Aurora probably just want a calm and relaxing experience. And yes, just because I said “weak” doesn’t mean anyone is actually weak :KEK:. I was just sharing my perspective, not trying to put down anyone who chooses differently.

What are you talking about? I'm literally agreeing with you when I said that lol. That's the point. People don't like that Elis doesn't control Isis. Everytime the subject comes up, the go to argument is that Isis is somehow going to manipulate Elis or that she's dangerous and going to kill him.

Regarding Alaina, I understand that her loyalty comes with certain conditions and that balance is important in the face of the upcoming invasion. That's not what I said. I said that I wouldn't lean into Alaina or the elves heavily. Because doing so would weaken the humans. And that's bad for the coming invasion. I never said I wasn't going to use Alaina as a strategic partner. Just that I won't be her Chosen One like she wants.

Nothing we done so far (maybe except discarding Conrad) for Elves had weaken humans though

He's an emperor, or as near to being one as makes no difference. It doesn't matter. Imagine someone going up to Alexander the Great, Charlemagne, or any of the Roman Emperors and wagging their finger at him saying "Oh, we got you now, buddy! We're going to cancel you on instagram, facebook and twitter!". I'm sure that would end real well for them.
I don't quite agree with you but I'll be dammed if that isn't funny (read it in moist critical voice lol)

Bro I chose the cute non evil white girl because I have enough of the evil bitch shit with Cass, Isis is gonna kill you and give your blood to her family lol She's not a partner, she's a rival you litterly fight against for domination in your choices. I can't be a kindly ruler who sleeps around on occasion when Bagdad bitch is trying to kill servant girls to get off. Imma take that southern prostitute and get revenge with her (I hope anyways)

Who? I already have Cass with her bitchy temper why should i have another one? You won't get bored with your sisters and mom also. So it's the only right choice for the soul and inner peace to have one submissive pretty girl. The only adequate explanation to not choose her is oversaturation of blondies for sex. And i don't want to trust to anyone there especially to toxic girl from the wild south.
