For those who don't want to go back. You get 3 of the catagories to 90% (ie. boobs, clit, vag, anal) The girl will say she is cumming before she actually cums, which is when you want to stop. The bar wont reset back down to 0 that way. This should give you the 3 teasing events.

EDIT: 75% to 89%, if you reach 90 it's too late and the game will not activate the teasing event. Info provided by davederick

The tutorial doesn't work for anyone wondering. And its mandatory.
You shouldn't need to go through Emulators, Region changes and System Settings for a game.
It should be the very first line on the Main Page atleast...

But that is not the problem, the biggest issue is this game use atlas for the full-screen scenes. Look at What I must do to transform this atlas to what you can see here.

For those who still are stuck in game:
Download Locale Emulator, install and right click on game, there will be option in task list Locale Emulator, then run in Japanese (Admin). Also don't keep folder with game too deep in folders.(It will let you finish tutorial).
Next: when you have to trigger 3 teasing events. All you have to do is to fuck her vaginal and before she cum stop then wait to let it trigger.
