Save folder and files are created when you open the game and save, it'll be inside the folder your game exe is in. I've provided a link to the unpacked game on the OP.

You beat that dude in a fight? You must have hacked the stats to quite high levels... you're supposed to do 0 dmg and he's supposed to insta-kill you. Guess it game-overs as an anti-cheat system

Another thing is that the cars in this game are the same speed as you instead of a fraction slower like in the first one. It kind of makes me sad.
