Of the top of my head I can only remember, Scars of Summer, Kotoko is a little different, until her amorous body corrupts. There might be more but I can't think of them at the moment.

Is this eng translation or japanese translation

No idea about translation progress. I was working on it from december 2020 to january 2021 and I believe I translated a small chunk of it + edits in the code to fit the new language, but had to put it on hold due to RL issues.
I sent my progress to Bagelhouse around April iirc who said he was willing to take over and finish but out of news since then.

Just need to download rpg maker MV, even the trial version should be enough or a cracked one and open the "game.RPGMVProject" file (drag and drop in rpg maker once you launched it) which can be found in the "www" folder.

Most, if not all, of the untranslated part can be found in the "Common events" tab which can be found once you open the database using "tools" button at the top of rpg maker software (or with F9).
I think I also posted some messages and pictures which might help here on pages 20 and 21.
