I also downloaded it to the computer to test it and it's the same, extracted in Japanese from the rar and tested with and without local jap admin

Yes, it is normal on a new game, using a save file from an older version of the translation will result in this.

This patch fixes the log messages and updates the compressed version to the current game version.

The virus thing is just a false flag by the scam AV MaxSecure.

If it doesn't work, please try the "A picture of a cute duck.7z" archive.
It's the exact same files just renamed and encrypted to avoid the false flag.
(Password is "penis".)
