Y'all really out here visiting "anonymous file upload" websites without any sort of content blockers, huh?
There's nothing wrong with the patch, but if you try to download anything from anonfiles without some kind of content blocker, you're gonna wind up running a sketchy EXE that installs the modern equivalent of Bonzai Buddy or something.
I am begging you, please at least add the uBlock Origin extension to your browser of choice.

To be fair, in this case it seems to be because the download link for the patch is a sketchy website. And one that labels sketchy unidentified links as if they're the patch file. So for anyone who didn't pay very close attention, they really would download something labeled "influence patch" or whatever and then immediately start having problems. Not the dev's fault, except so far as choice of hosting site, but understandable how they'd get confused.

Block first, allow later. uMatrix at it's finest. How people can stomach 'the Internet' without it and/or uBlock is beyond me. I even set up a Pi-hole to block shit on my console and phones… And I always think twice before firing up wine to execute an .exe file.

Because whenever i try to download from Anonfiles it gets blocked because of malware.

Full of malware via intrusive ads and/or pop-ups. Which is easily solved by installing a decent ad-blocker.

Took me several times, but I managed to grab it from Anonfiles... (yea, even with Adblockers it is not a pleasant site)

It's not popups - i never get there at all because Malwarebytes Broweserguard won't let me - the only site it consistently blocks.
There appears to be more than popups.

And with me it always tries to 'con' me into accepting an .exe file with the same name as the file I am trying to download. Like 'patch.rpyc.exe - so it takes 3-5 times of retrying until I get the actual file I was after.
