I have a question. I've already completed the game, but I think my friendship level with the girls is low. When I enter the room, they have the sweat drop animation. I don't know if that means they have no confidence. If so, how do I raise it? Or am I just overthinking things?

Ranks? Okay, let's just say the problem is I don't speak English, but there's no translation for my language, so I'm practically playing blind... I'm surprised I got the harem ending. A guide wouldn't hurt, but I haven't found one.
The sweat icon is supposed to be a reaction to the fact that you've probably been fucking other girls when you aren't handling her, it's purely flavor text, no effect on the game, feel free to ignore it
I see, so it's not important? If so, how do I know if I have a good relationship with a specific girl? Is it through some kind of statistics or something?
seeing as you've gotten the harem ending that means that the girls all love you in some way, your relationship with the girls doesn't really get affected much unless you actively hurt them, so do some foreplay before you stick your dick in em and you'll be fine.
in terms of knowing when a girl has fallen for you? if you're going for the "dependent" stamp you'll know they've fallen when they cling themselves onto you and kiss you, if you want the "love" stamp you're going to have to do some strategizing cause the "love" stamp has specific requirements, but in the end the "love" and "dependent" stamps are identical outside of flavor text, you'll be fine
In the chat section of the options there's an option called "flirt", in which you confess your love for the character, their response is related to 2 stats, their obedience, and your charm.
If you already have the dependent stamp you are unable to get the love stamp at all, you will need to just reset.
In order to get the stamp you need to raise their obedience without raising their libido too high, if their libido reaches 20 you will get the dependent stamp, so you want to avoid that, all while making enough money to buy exp potions to increase your charm.
If your stats are good enough you can test it by using the "flirt" command, if they suddenly gain +9999 obedience then the next day you will be given 2 chat options, 1 for love and 1 for dependent, pick the right one and congrats! you have the love stamp, it isn't much different from the dependent stamp but it looks neat
The best stat combo that I've found works is level 30 obedience with 3 levels in charm and a charm potion from the shop

Make sure you get the starting charm bonus if you aren't going tentacle rape
so I'm super late because I check every few months if this is updated, but I think it's because the APK is compiled for minimum SDK 30 which is android 11 (I think lol idk), I did have the same problem on an Android 10 device and using a simple app like APK editor to change the minimum SDK to 29 allowed me to install it, don't recommend it though, this thing is on beta and It crashes a lot (prob because it doesn't like being on Android 10, I'm not an expert lol I just know a thing or two) so you might have to yell at the dev to compile the APK for lower versions of android
