No choice on its own, it resumes a choice MC made at the end of season 1 with her landlord (I do not spoil).
In other words, see it as the continuation and end of this event from season 1 (with landlord)

Ah, yes, I tried season 2. I saw that opening threesome scene. It is mandatory if you pick corruption points during "path builder". Way to avoid is to pick all innocence points, than season 2 will start from sandbox instead from that scene.
Malicious or not, it is defined like that in many corruption games... As long as the girl "likes" what is done to her and is aroused by it, it means consentement from her. Like girls who are attracted by bad guys because they are "bad" (they add spice in relationship and thrill).
I do not justify it IRL (I will never support any "corruption" IRL)... Just in games...
As I see it, difference between true corruption and rape/attempt disguised as "corruption" - is there consent? Either silent one, as mentioned, if it's kinetic, you insert line or two in dialogue where it's written that MC wants it or at least not against it (curious to explore how it will fell or whatever), or you use choice "happen"-"not happen", where player will give consent on behalf of MC. Than it is corruption. If there is none of those, as here, than it is indeed attack. I encountered both types of games.
