for render and animation and 4k, You don't need that high quality, it is not needed. if it is watchable than it is good. If you don't make so high quality renders, it will take less. Ask yourself. What people want ? 250 renders with 4k or 1000 renders with full hd or 2000 renders with hd ?

about animation: animations are mostly repetitive scenes. Think about 5 mins walking anim for a character, do you need to make her walk for 5 mins ? no, you just make 3 4 sec walking cycle and loop it for 5 mins. Your work is for that 4 secs.
ok sex scenes are more complex because 2 model interact with each other and you need to make it they are actually holding each other. But again, watch the sex scenes in the game, they are very short anims just looped for longer.
and good thing is you have already a rigged character, there are lots of animations you can retarget your character. There are other games too so you can take their anims and use for yours.
I'm not saying it's not hard, I'm saying it's not hard enough to take half a year. You are not making Short film or some Pixar scene come on.
watch this, he is creating models from scratch and takes 18 days. Even if you need to learn Blender from ground zero, you can do it in 3 months maybe short if you invest enough time in it.

It also depends on tools you use and how you know them...The guy on your video uses Blender, I do not think the Renpy/DAZ engine to be that powerful from what I saw here and there in games...
You seems to think devs here are all veteran developers...
Go back on Earth, some devs from this forum (not this one) are total beginners in development (some are even still students)...
